SOMA Embodiment, module 1
Through gravity – which we come into contact with immediately after birth – an initial, fundamental orientation takes place in embodying our self in relation to the world around us. Trauma disrupts the natural, rhythmic flow of our organism. SOMA~Embodiment offers tools to set this flow in motion again, to give space to the self-healing capacity and thus to heal trauma.
